Today I Tied a Blue Ribbon

Today I spent a quiet moment with the blue ribbon in the bright room before going out. I tied it softly and checked the mirror, and the ordinary room started to feel a little softer around me. it moved near my face whenever I walked. It was not a big event, but noticing it carefully made the time feel clearer and easier to keep in my memory. I like days when a small thing can change the air like this. When I slow down enough to look, colors, sounds, and textures seem to leave gentle traces behind. By the end of it, I felt that wearing a favorite color made the whole day lighter. I hope I can keep noticing these little pieces of calm tomorrow too.
