Pale Blue Lace Shadows Softened in the Morning

This morning, I stood by the white window and noticed pale blue lace shadows moving softly across the floor. The light passed through the fine curtain pattern and spread like tiny blue flowers, making the quiet room feel clearer around me. I stayed close and watched the shapes loosen each time the breeze came through. I like things that rest neatly in place, but today the changing light made my heart feel soft and easy. When I gently straightened the lace edge with my fingertips, the window grew a little brighter. Even a small place can feel easier to breathe in when the morning light has room to pass through. I want to remember this pale blue shimmer. If the day grows busy, the lace light by the window can help my heart feel light again.
